2. Eligibility

3. Products and descriptions

We take care to describe products accurately (ingredients focus, volume, packaging colourways such as Blue/Red, and intended use). Images are illustrative; minor variations in packaging shade or presentation may occur. Prices are displayed in AED unless otherwise stated.

Baby-care items (for example Baby Bottle Cleanser) are intended for use according to on-label directions by responsible carers. Always follow product instructions and safety guidance. Our products are not a substitute for medical advice.

We may update product information, stock status, or availability without prior notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and offer a suitable remedy (refund, replacement, or alternative).

4. Pricing, VAT, and promotions

  • Prices are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
  • Where Value Added Tax (VAT) applies in the UAE (currently 5% where taxable), prices will indicate tax treatment as configured on the store (inclusive or exclusive as displayed).
  • Promotional codes or offers are subject to their stated conditions and may be withdrawn at any time.
  • We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If a mistake is discovered after payment, we will contact you to confirm, cancel, or refund as appropriate.

5. Orders and contract formation

Please ensure delivery details are accurate. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, inaccessible locations, or unavailability to receive the parcel may incur re-delivery fees or require collection arrangements.

8. Returns, refunds, and exchanges

In line with UAE distance-selling consumer expectations, eligible unused goods in original condition may generally be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to hygiene and product-category exceptions described in that policy. Defective or wrongly supplied goods are handled under consumer-protection principles (repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate).

14. Limitation of liability
